Office of Volunteer Ministries

North American Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church

Welcome to HE SAID GO - the official website of the Office of Volunteer Ministries of the North American Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Inspired by Jesus' Gospel commission found in Matthew 28:19, our vision is to facilitate and promote humanitarian and evangelistic volunteer service as a way to reach North America and the world with the distinctive, Christ-centered, Seventh-day Adventist message of hope and wholeness.

Under the Office of the Secretariat, we work in cooperation with Adventist Volunteer Services to connect Seventh-day Adventist churches and organizations, as well as supporting ministries, with short-term and long-term volunteers for a common goal of sharing the love of Christ through service and outreach.  As you visit our website, we encourage you to consider the Commission and inspire others to do likewise.

our mission

To connect Seventh-day Adventist volunteers from the North American Division to mission service opportunities within North America and around the world.

"All authority in heaven and earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." - Matthew 28:19-20
