Before You Apply

  1. Read the section entitled “How to Apply”
  2. Understand that you must download Required Forms
  3. If you are not from one of our SDA Universities, you may need to complete a mini online course called Preparation for Missions” (PPM).  Once you've completed an online application, you may use your LOGIN to access the study course.
  4. Understand that once your completed file is in our office, we may call your references, call you for a phone interview and perform other screening as needed to make a final determination before taking your file to NAD Appointees Committee.
  5. Understand that after you’ve been approved by NAD, your file will be forwarded to the hiring organization who will have a chance to review your file. If you are accepted, then your file will be taken to GC Appointees Committee for final recordation.
  6. Once recorded, we will need to secure your insurance. We will need a copy of your flight itinerary to enter the starting date. We will also send you a packet in the mail with information concerning your insurance, VISA and travel needs.
